Alexis Ren is known for her modelling career as well as her social following and fitness brand REN. She occasionally puts together some of her workout routine on Youtube. This one is short, easy to fit in and works the entire core.
Fitness coach and Youtuber Rebecca Louise posts new workouts every week along with motivational videos on her channel. I am a huge fan of her ab workouts with her huge energy level. They’re tough but she really helps you stay motivated and focused the entire time.
Holistic health princess Sarah is probably one of the few youtube creaters I watch regularly. She shares real life vlogs, paleo cooking and health and fitness tips as well as fat burning workouts. This 15 minute abs workout BURNS, but is great for days you only have a short amount of time to workout.
On my own Instagram, along with healthy eating and recipes, I post workout videos such as this short but intense 10 minute fast abs video. It is great for ending a workout with or maybe doing after a run.
