The Green Goddess smoothie is my go-to smoothie recipe for 80% of the time, it makes you feel INCREDIBLE because you’re actually enjoying drinking green slime as it tastes amazing. Who’s the real winner here?
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- I large handful spinach or kale
- I small handful of frozen tropical fruit – mango and pineapple work best in my opinion
Next, we have one for the sweet Berry Lover.
- Half a frozen banana
- I handful of blueberries
- 2 tbsp oats
- I tbsp protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 date/honey/agave/ sweetener of choice
And finally, one for your sweet tooth and your caffeine fix
- One frozen Banana
- 1 tbsp Protein Powder
- 1 heaped tsp of Cacao powder, or you can use cocoa powder.
- 1 shot of espresso – hell yes.
- 1 or 2 dates – dependent on how sweet you’d like it!
