3 Smoothie Recipes To Kickstart Your Day

The Green Goddess smoothie is my go-to smoothie recipe for 80% of the time, it makes you feel INCREDIBLE because you’re actually enjoying drinking green slime as it tastes amazing. Who’s the real winner here?

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • I large handful spinach or kale
  • I small handful of frozen tropical fruit – mango and pineapple work best in my opinion

Next, we have one for the sweet Berry Lover.

  • Half a frozen banana
  • I handful of blueberries
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • I tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 date/honey/agave/ sweetener of choice

And finally, one for your sweet tooth and your caffeine fix

  • One frozen Banana
  • 1 tbsp Protein Powder
  • 1 heaped tsp of Cacao powder, or you can use cocoa powder.
  • 1 shot of espresso – hell yes.
  • 1 or 2 dates – dependent on how sweet you’d like it!
