Granola is a marketed ‘health food’ when it actually isn’t very healthy at all when bought from a supermarket and full of processed sugars. Coming down to the basics, granola is SUCH a simple recipe to prepare for the week. Once you’ve made a batch, it can be added to yogurt, eaten from the jar (guilty!), enjoyed with almond milk, added on top of a smoothie bowl or maybe put on porridge.
